Tuesdays

Adult Bible Study

9:30am,

All adults are warmly invited to join in studying the Book of Jeremiah when the group reconvenes on Tuesday, January 6t, 9:30-11:00 am in Maglaras Hall.

Written during a time of political turmoil and spiritual decline, the book weaves together Jeremiah’s call from God and his sermons, symbolic actions, and personal laments, warning the people of Judah that their unfaithfulness would lead to Jerusalem’s destruction and their exile. Ultimately, Jeremiah is a book about the victory of God's love and grace, as the prophet also revealed promises of restoration and a future covenant, offering hope even in the midst of devastating loss.

If you would like more information about the Bible Study or would like to be added to the group email distribution list, contact Bible Study.
