Rocky Mountain Treble Festival 2017
WHAT is the festival?
The Rocky Mountain Treble Festival is a one-day intensive choral festival for all singers in 3rd - 8th grade with unchanged (treble) voices. The Broomfield Children's Chorus is excited to host this first-time event in Broomfield, CO, and we look forward to meeting all the other talented singers in our area.
The festival will be led by Danya Tiller, Artistic Director at Phoenix Girls Chorus. She will also be conducting a workshop for all teachers and directors in attendance. READ MORE about Ms. Tiller and the Phoenix Girls' Chorus.
WHERE is it held?
The festival will take place at Holy Comforter Episcopal Church, 1700 W. 10th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020. All rehearsals and the concert will take place at Holy Comforter.
WHEN is the festival?
It takes place on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, ALL DAY, concert at 7 pm. Specific start and end times will be provided once registration is received (late Nov/early Dec).
WHO can register and how much does it cost?
Any student in 3rd - 8th grade can join the festival, and we encourage small groups from schools, churches or community choirs to plan on coming together as a group.
The cost for singers is $50, and includes music, dinner, and festival swag.
Any teacher, choir director or choral staff may join the festival as well, and we want all teachers and directors to come with their students.
The cost for teachers and directors/staff is $60, and includes music, breakfast & dinner, teacher workshop, ticket to concert, and festival swag.
