Learning: For Adults

Human beings are created to be in relationship. We believe God desires relationship with every single person, and that connection is nurtured in prayer, Bible study, worship, and honest conversation. Our Sunday worship is the heart and soul of our community. We sing, pray, hear the sacred words of Scripture, listen for a faithful application for today, and partake of Holy Communion. Nourished by Word and Sacrament, we are strengthened for faithful service in our homes and communities.

The Christian life is simple; it's just not easy. When Jesus was asked to name the most important thing, he said to love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself. Holy Comforter strives to create opportunities to grow in our relationship with God, our neighbors, and ourselves.

Some of our learning opportunities are ongoing, and other are topical and occasional. Anyone is welcome to join at anytime. For a full listing of parish services and learning opportunities, go to our Upcoming Events Calendar.
